Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood ! On the ground floor : a pleasant patio gives you access to a lovely games/relaxation room with sofa, armchairs and table soccer. Access via a staircase to the first floor (pivot, pivot, PIVOT!!) : you will discover a large living room, kitchen and dining room, decorated in 90's mood. 2 beautiful family bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds (+ 1 possible crib). A vintage-style bathroom with a lion's paw island bathtub (if you need a “bigger boat”, it'll be waiting for you :-) ), a shower (reminder: “tit for tat”, but we'll let you manage !) and pedestal washbasin.
